Return Process

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original presentation box and pack it securely inside a shipping box with all original documentation and certificates.

  Insured Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label or send the package via a trackable, insured carrier to ensure the safe arrival of your estate piece.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition against our original records, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
